Perspectives in the Book
The perspectives of when they got found.
Anne: She was not accepting it, she said that she would have rather been found than to be trapped. She was not technically glad or sad because she did not want to be trapped any longer. She was more glad, that she did not have to be trapped any more, but more sad that her time was up. That they got captured. The author picked these perspectives because Anne was the author and she knew about everything that was going on in the world and in her city so she would be able to explain it easier.
Margot: She was not happy, but sad. She did not want to be captured, but she was trying to be calm and make everyone calm as well. She was scared; they were getting sent off to concentration camps and were too be persecuted. She was trying to be the perfect child, to keep everyone calm, and lead them in the right direction, so that they wouldn't rebel and get in more trouble. The author picked Anne Franks sister perspective beacause she viewed things a lot different and they acted nothing a lot so he wanted to find two perspectives that where not so alike to each other so he could compare and contrast them.
