Who is the Protagonist?
Anne Frank is the protagonist. The whole book is written her perspective, she has so many opinions about the people that is in her family and that has helped her throughout this whole experience. She has siblings that are also with her but the book is mostly directed to her because she wrote it. This quote is explaining what she does " I've not had a moment to write to you until today. I was with my friends all day on Thursday. On Friday we had visitors, and so it went on until today. Harry and I have got to know each other well in a week, and he has told me a lot of stuff about his life." This is only a little bit of text that we took from the paragraph.

Who is the Antagonist?
The antagonist is the Nazis. They are a terrorists group that absolutely hate Jewish people or really anybody that is not like them or have blonde hair and blue eyes. If They find a Jew they will capture them and either kill them or put them in a concentration camp where they will get tortured and eventually die due to starvation or another type of crazy death. The Nazis don't care if you are a 68 year old man or a 2 month old baby they will dislike and kill you for no reason. They change the book because they are the main reason why Anne and her family had to hide in the annex if it wasn't for the Nazis looking for Jews than none of his would be happened. The affect the story in a horrible way. This evidence is in the introduction. " Anne Franks account of the changes wrought upon eight people hiding out from the Nazis for two years during the occupation of Holland, living in constant fear and isolation, imprisoned not only by the terrible outward circumstances of war but inwardly by themselves, made me intimately and shockingly aware of war's greatest evil-- the degradation of the human spirit".
